We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will accept returns for product in its original condition and with the tags still attached, or that is defective. Refunds will only be accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

How do I return an item to HatsFashion.com?
Shipping and handling fees, including costs to ship items back to HatsFashion, are non-refundable.
A $7.99 restocking fee will apply per order being returned.
Due to carrier transit times, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your package for an exchange to be processed completely.
All items must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unworn) and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to insure full credit.

Please follow the instructions below for making a return:
Pack the item(s) securely in a sturdy cardboard box. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be returned.
Enclose a copy of your original packing/order receipt with the item(s). If you cannot send a copy of your receipt, please include your order number, billing name, contact information and address with the item(s).
Enclose instructions of what you would like us to do with your item(s)
You may ship your items to our return center listed below using the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or other U.S. authorized mail carriers. You will assume responsibility for all shipping costs.
HatsFashion is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.
How do I return/exchange an item at a HatsFashion retail store?
If you decide to make a return/exchange to a HatsFashion, you must bring the following items with you:
Your original packing/order receipt.
The credit card used for the original purchase. Orders placed using Debit Cards will not be refunded for cash.
Orders placed using PayPal MUST be returned by mail. These returns can be made in a HatsFashion store.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ONLY Return requests will be accepted. ALL exchange requests will be issued as a refund in the form of the original payment. Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable. All Return Shipping Fees Must be Covered by the customer. HatsFashion is Not responsible for return shipping costs.
