While focusing on fedora hats, we are committed to leading the coordinated development of straw hats, beret hats, newsboy hats, ivy hats as well as knitted hats. We provide high quality hats to the world famous brands. And we have become one of the largest fedora hat manufacturers in US.

Wholesale Hats

We supply various of wholesale fashion hats styles that can come in a felt hat, as well as straw hat, newsboy hat, ivy hat, beret hat, bucket hat, baseball cap and more. Our felt hats are made of high quality 100% Australian wool felt. We do this in order to give you the finest feeling and the quality products for your customers. We also supply blank hats  and hat bodies.

Our Strong Production

Our completed hats factory's workshop area covers 30,000 square meters, daily production ability of wool felt hats and straw hats reaches to 10,000pcs, sewing cloth hats 5,000pcs and knitted hats 2,000pcs. Our felt hats body factory in Country covers 15,000 square meters workshop area, and the daily production ability reaches to 10,000 pieces.

Now there are 200 qualified and skilled managers and technicians, and more than 1,200 workers. Numbers of international famous designers are employed, and more than 1,000 new styles are developed in each season.

We choose the premium pure wool from Australia, ensured each hat body with the most excellent quality and the best performance. And We select superior natural fibers as raffia straw, wheat straw, paper straw, etc to ensure the comfort and environmental friendly.

The first C2M smart production line is invested in 2016 in our factory. It transfers consumers requirement data directly to production line, realize personalized requirement in quantity production with industrial efficiency and cost.
